Pran Prathistha Ceremony Of Rudraksha And Energization Process

Pran Pratishta of a Rudraksha is done to make the bead Jagrut (awake). In the Pran Pratishta ritual the Pran Pratishta mantras are chanted to energize the Rudraksha bead. A Rudraksha bead that has been energized through a Pran Pratishta puja is considered very powerful and Divine.

Rudraksha beads activate by continuous wearing also, the time duration can vary depending on the variety and size of the Rudraksha bead generally continuous wearing of the beads as prescribed by Rudraksha Ratna Science Therapy for 2 weeks activate the beads where in they start resonating with the Chakras of the Human Body. Pran Pratishtha is performed to expedite this process or to enhance the energizes of the Rudraksha. Pran Pratistha with Sankalp (intention) of the wearer helps one manifest their desires for which they have adorned the Rudraksha beads or combination. PUJA SAMAGRI FOR LIFE INFUSING PROCEDURE

  • Water mixed with Ganges water
  • Leaves and flowers
  • Dhoop, Incense sticks
  • Camphor, lamp
  • Sandal paste, Aromatic oil.
  • Rice grains.
  • Ghee lamp
  • Mouli, Flower, Fruit, Betel nut - Paan , Coconut

RUDRAKSHA CONSECRATION PRAN PRATISHTHA STEP BY STEP PROCESS / RUDRAKSHA PRAN PRATISHTA PUJA VIDHI

Choose an auspicious day and time for blessings. After bath, with a pure mind arrange the items for blessings. Sit on an Asan facing east. Arrange all items for the puja neatly. Place Rudraksha on a plate with leaves and flowers.

Sprinkle water over ourselves and all items of Puja chanting:

'Om Apavitrah Pavitro Va Sarva Vastan Gatopi Va
Yah Smaret Pundari Kaksham Sa Bahya Bhyantarah Shuchih'

Translation:
May all things unholy become holy, may all lower tendencies depart, just as soon as we transcend may within and without be purified!

Place water on right hand with spoon of Achamani and sip after each of these 3 mantras

'Om Keshavaya Namaha
Om Narayana Namaha
Om Madhavaya Namaha'

Place water on right hand and pour on ground:
'Om Govindaya Namaha'

Seek blessings

'Om Gurubhyo Namaha
Om Ganeshaya Namaha
Om Kula Devatabhyo Namaha
Om Ishta Devatabhyo Namaha
Om Mata Pitribhyam Namaha'

Translation:
I bow to guru, I bow to Ganesha, I bow to the family deity, I bow to my personal deity, I bow to my parents.

Chant the Sadyojāta Mantra

Om Sadyojaatam Prapadyaami Sadyojataajava Namo Namaha
Bhave Bhavenaati Bhave Bhavasvamaam Bhavodbhavay Namaha

Translation:
I take refuge in the First Born, verily I bow to the First Born
Do not consign me to birth after birth;
Guide me beyond birth, I bow to the Causer of birth.

Chant the Vāmadeva Mantra

Om Vamdevaya Namah, Jyeshthaay Namah, Shreshthay Namah, Rudraay Namah, Kaalay Namah ,Kala Vikarannaay Namah, Bal Vikaranaay Namah, Balaay Namah Bala Pramathanaay Namah, Sarva Bhoot Damanaay Namah, Manomanaay Namah.

Translation:
I bow to the Noble One, the Eldest; to the Best, to Rudra and to Time,
I bow to the Incomprehensible, to Strength,
To the Causer of various forces, and to the Extender of Strength.
I bow to the Subduer of all beings, and to the One who kindles the Light.

Chant the Aghora Mantra

'Om Aghorebhyo Ghorebhyo Ghor Ghor Tarebhayaha
Sarvebhya Sarva Sharvvebhyo Namaste Astu Rudra Roopebhyaha'

Translation:
I bow to those not terrible and those who are terrible,
And to those who are both terrible and not terrible.
Everywhere and always, Śarva, I bow to all Thy Rudra forms.

Chant the Rudra Gayatri mantra

'Om Tatpurushaaya Vidmahe Mahadevaay Dheemahi
Tanno Rudraha Prachodayaat'

Translation:
May we know that Supreme Person
And mediate on that Great God,
May Rudra impel us!

Chant the Isana mantra

Om īśāna Sarvavidyaanam Eeshwar Sarvabhootaanaam
Brahmaadipati Brahmanaadhipati Brahma Shivome Astu Sadaa Shivom

Translation:
Ruler of all knowledge, Master of all beings,
Commander of all study and devotion,
That God Auspicious to me,
Be He just so, the Ever-Auspicious Om.

Touch the beads with your hands and chant the Pranpratishtha mantra (Life giving mantra).

Om aam hreem krom yum rum lum vum shum shum sum haum hum sah asya malaya prana eha prana
Om aam hreem krom yum rum lum vum shum shum sum haum hum sah asya malaya jeeva eha sthitha
Om aam hreem krom yum rum lum vum shum shum sum haum hum sah asya malaya sarveindrayani vagmansyachakshu shodragranapadani ihevagatya sukham chiram thithantu swaha.

Perform the Shodashopachara(16 step) Puja on the Rudraksha beads

Burn Camphor and circle it clockwise 3x in front of plate and chant:

Karpura Shivam Karuna Vataram Samsara Saram Bhujagendraharam
Sada Vasantam Hridaya Ravinde Bhavam Bhavani Sahitam Namami

Translation:
White as camphor and kindness incarnate, the very form of Brahman consciousness, you Shiva ever dwell in my heart. I bow to you

Chant Gayatri mantra

Om bhu, om bhuvah
Om Bhur Bhuvah Swaha
Om Tat Savitur Varenyum Bhargo Devasya Dhimahi Dhiyo Yonaha Prachodayat

Translation:
We meditate on that most adored Supreme Lord, the creator, whose effulgence (divine light) illumines all realms (physical, mental and spiritual). May this divine light illumine our intellect.

Chant Mahamrityunjaya mantra

Om Haum Joom Sah ,Om Bhur Bhuvaha Swaha
Om Triambakam Yajamahey,Sungandhim Pushti Vardanam
Urvar Ukamiva Bandhanan,Mrityor Muksheeya Mamritat
Om Swaha Bhuvaha Bhu Om Sah Joom Haum Om

Translation:
We pray The Three-Eyed Lord Shiva who is fragrant and who increasingly nourishes the devotees. Worshipping him may we be liberated from death for the sake of immortality just as the ripe cucumber easily separates itself from the binding stalk.

Translation:
What is visible is the infinite. What is invisible is also the infinite. Out of the Infinite Being the finite has come, yet being infinite, only infinite remains.
