Asgandh

Ashgandh is root herb of perennial shrub found in China, Nepal, India and Yemen. It is also known as Withania somnifera, Indian Ginseng, Winter Cherry, Asuragandi, Hirimaddina-gadde and Kamrupini. The powdered form of Asgand is used in Ayurveda to treat various ailments.
