Chirmi Gunja Beads Wealth Box

Gunja or Chirmi beads grow in the dense forests of Aravali mountain range in India. They are found in white, red and black colours and said to represent Goddess Saraswati, Goddess Kali and Goddess Mahalaxmi respectively. Out of these, the black beads are the rarest of all and it is said the Laxmi stays where this chirmi bead is. So they are kept in lockers, money boxes or purses to attract wealth, health, prosperity and good luck. Black Chirmi beads are used to ward off evil & protect the user from physical harm by taking the abuse upon themselves.
