Natural and rare white, yellow and tiger cowrie shells placed on handcrafted 3 shell baskets. In the Hindu Mythology, Cowries was obtained during Samudra Manthan ( churning of the ocean for amrita or nectar of immortality) along with other rare, holy and divine products. Cowries have been associated with Goddess Lakshmi and denote the power of destiny, fertility, birth and wealth. This Shell plate with 11 cowries of each type may be placed in altar, cash box, work desk, entrance, living room or East portion of dwelling or placed in altar during Laxmi Puja.
