Maa Karu Mariamman Brass Statue

This idol in brass features the Goddess of Rain, Maa Kaumariammam in seated posture. She is also known as Kaumaari Devi and is an epitome of motherly love, sacrifice and compassion. In this idol, She is depicted beautifully clad in sari and jewels, seated in Lalitasana posture. He holds a sword in Her lower right hand and a bowl filled with Kumkum in Her lower left hand. In Her upper arms, She is holds a trident and Damru (musical instrument). A blaze of fire reflecting Her power emerges from back of Her crown. The serenity is vivid on the face of Goddess.
