Sitting Nandi (Bull) Brass Idol

Nandi, the bull seated on a beautifully designed dais is finely crafted in heavy shining brass. The fine carving beautifully showcases the clothing and embellishments. Nandi (bull) is the trusted mount of Lord Shiva and is believed to transport true prayers of the devotees to Lord Shiva. Nandi with its tail tucked and feet and face in repose symbolizes submission, faith and consistency in belief while the bent front right leg symbolises alertness. Nandi is placed such that it faces the Shivalingam.
