This is a rare Heera Shankh which is a natural Dakshinavarti Shankh or right handed Conch shell, which represents Goddess Lakshmi, the Goddess of wealth, prosperity, good luck and fortune. The unique Heera Shankh is found in mountains as a Fossil and has natural crystalline deposits of different colours. This beautiful Heera Shankh with a natural sheen is named Prasadini, the goddess who becomes pleased with devotees, which denotes the loving aspect of Maa Lakshmi who is always pleased with the prayers and offerings made by Her devotees with pure intention. She blesses devotees benevolently.
As Heera Shankhs are rare, the presence of this auspicious Shankh invites abundance. The ideal place would always be the puja altar and it can also be placed anywhere like office table, desk, living room and even bed rooms, as per preference of the devotee. It is said that Goddess Lakshmi resides in this Shankh and bestows her worshipper with immense wealth, fortune, success, protection and removes miseries. Ideally only one Shankh can be kept in one place.
One can perform Laxmi Sadhana to enhance the effect by chanting Laxmi mantras facing east in front of this Shankh with the Black Agate (Hakeek) Rosary. This Sadhana blesses with immense wealth and prosperity. Know more about the origin of Heera Shankh
