Banalingam With Narmada Stone Yoni Jaldhari

Presenting our unique Set of white Banalingam with stone Yoni base. Banalingams are Shivlingams that form naturally in the Narmada River bed in Madhya Pradesh, India. They are considered one of the best Shivlings to worship. Banalingams are very rare, as they resurface from the river bed only once or twice in a decade. The stone Yoni base is also carved from natural Narmada river stone. This pure, crystalline, white, semi transparent lingam is found very rarely when the river swells up due to heavy rains and leaves these stones that are formed deep underwater across its banks. They glow with light when you hold a light source across the other end and show beautiful divine artworks across its surface. Banalingams are quite strong, and their hardness is a 7 on the Mohs scale, and researchers and geologists confirm that this is due to the impregnation of the rocks in the river bed. There are three kinds of lingas described in the Brihat Vaivarta Purana: Svambhu [self-existing], Banalinga (obtained from a certain river), and Sailalinga [made of stone]. These are respectively called Vyakta (the one that gives salvation), Avyakta (the one that gives worldly happiness), and VyaktAvyakta (the one that gives both happiness and salvation). This white Banalinga from Narmada falls into all three categories and is hence revered as the highest form of Shiva Lingam. Placement: Place the Yoni base such that it faces North direction. Then the west face of the Lingam is worshipped. 

Cleaning and maintenance: For long-term maintenance of your Banalingam, it is recommended to use lukewarm water. A soft cloth is recommended for delicately removing any dust or debris. Please, abstain from applying any abrasive substances or harsh chemicals, as doing so may cause damage to the sacred stone. Regular Abhishekam is performed to safeguard the stone and its divine energy, this maintains the luster of the Banalingam and its Yoni base for long periods of time.
