Using Kusha Grass or a Spoon sprinkle Gangajal on yourself and your surroundings while chanting Pavitrikaran Mantra:

Yah Smaret Pundari Kaksham Sa Bahya Bhyantarah Shuchih"

Translation:

How to Meditate on Bhuvaneswari Yantra? (Visualization Technique)

Meditating on the Bhuvaneswari Yantra is the most powerful way to achieve union with the diagram. Achieving the union is said to reveal all secrets of the world and one is supposed to gain access to knowledge of higher realms. In an oversimplified sense one must recreate the Bhuvaneswari Yantra diagram accurately in the mind and visualize it. This visualization technique may sound simple but is quite tough to achieve, one must spend years of sadhana just to create an accurate image of the diagram in their head.

One can start by sitting in a comfortable posture facing east with an accurate image of Bhuvaneswari Yantra at their Eye Level.

Start by focusing on the Centre Point Bindu with your gaze going inward to outward from the Bindu to the 1^st Layer of the Shaktona or two interlocked triangles to the 2^nd Layer of the Circle to the 3^rd Layer of the 8 petals to the 4^th Layer of the Circle to the 5^th Layer of the 16 petals to the 6^th Layer of the Squares in the outermost part. Then your gaze should go from the Outermost Gate back to the Bindu.

Try to avoid blinking your eyes during this process. You can do this for multiple rounds for 30 minutes.

After you can focus with intent for at least 30 minutes (the stamina to just focus may take quite some time to develop) close your eyes and try to recreate the image of the Bhuvaneswari Yantra Diagram accurately.
