Place the Vidya Prapti Yantra in front of you on a Puja Thali.

Light a Diya Lamp and Offer Namaskar.

Using Kusha Grass or a Spoon sprinkle Gangajal on yourself and your surroundings while chanting Pavitrikaran Mantra:

"Om Apavitrah Pavitro Va Sarva Vastan Gatopi Va 
Yah Smaret Pundari Kaksham Sa Bahya Bhyantarah Shuchih"

Translation:

How to Meditate on Vidya Prapti Yantra? (Visualization Technique)

Meditating on the Vidya Prapti Yantra is the most powerful way to achieve union with the diagram. Achieving the union is said to reveal all secrets of the world and one is supposed to gain access to knowledge of higher realms. In an oversimplified sense one must recreate the Vidya Prapti Yantra diagram accurately in the mind and visualize it. This visualization technique may sound simple but is quite tough to achieve, one must spend years of sadhana just to create an accurate image of the diagram in their head.

One can start by sitting in a comfortable posture facing east with an accurate image of Vidya Prapti Yantra at their Eye Level.

Perform Pranayama Anolom Vilom (Alternating nostril breaths) 10 times & meditate to purify your mind and thoughts.

Visualize the various numerals of the 3x3 grid starting from the upper left to the upper right of the first arrow, then moving to the middle arrow and continuing from the lower left to the lower right to embed all of the etched numerals on it. These are the steps or Avaran of Vidya Prapti yantra.

Try to avoid blinking your eyes during this process. You can do this for multiple rounds for 30 minutes.
