Nishkam Puja (Maha Mantra Japa)

Nishkam Puja or Sadhana is worship of the Divine without any expectation or seeking of anything in return. In Nishkam Puja, no Sankalp is taken and no benefits are sought, it’s just pure Bhakti of the Divine. Lord Krishna in Srimad Bhagavad Gita explained significance of Nishkam Puja and Karma to Arjuna. He explained that Nishkam Puja and Sadhana is most dear to Him amongst all methods of worship. Lord Krishna told Arjuna to do all of his Karma or actions with selfless spirit and not to seek results. This way he will be free from the bondage of fruits of his karma(karmaphala) forever. This in turn liberates the spirit from pleasure and pain and makes the jeeva connect to his true joyous inner nature or Ananda. Lord Krishna explained that by only selfless devotion and Bhakti a devotee can attain Him. Nishkam Puja is done by devotee to express his unconditional and selfless love towards the Divine. In this the mantra chanted is Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya which means prostration to Vasudeva who is Krishna an incarnation of Vishnu. Krishna also proclaims that "Everybody should recite Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya daily whenever possible so that I will stand by them. I respond to the call of the heart immediately and invariably. See Me in your duties. I am committed to those who are committed to their duties. Believe in putting faith in Me and make Me your own

You may connect with the priest during the puja (video or phone call) on WhatsApp or Skype and watch the rituals live. Puja Tokri having prasad, energized Rudraksha, silver Tabeez and Yantra would be sent along. Rudra Centre priests will perform Durga Puja and Yajna as per Vedic rituals based on birth details.
