The Sudarshana Gayatri mantra japa is the remedy to get rid of all the ten doshas.

The Sudarshana Chakra is known as the weapon of Vishnu. It is a disc of fire having 108 serrated edges that he supports on the tip of his right index finger. He can send it forth with the power of his mind and uses it to cut off the head of a demon (among other things).
