Silver Tabeez: This amulet consists of Guru shanti graha mantra written on Bhojpatra which was energized in the puja. It can be worn in the neck 
Molly Thread: This Holy thread can be tied on the right hand

Have a Bath & Wear Clean Clothes Before the Puja 
Avoid Eating Spicy Foods, Onion, Garlic, Non-Vegetarian on the day(s) of the puja.  
Be in Meditative Mode. Try to minimize distractions
